Requesting the following items for the event:

1) Chairs: 134
2) Tables (1.5m): 85
3) White tents: 3
4) Red tents: 2
5) Fans: 10
6) Electrical plugs: 20
7) Speaker system
8) Microphones: 3
9) Walkie-talkies: 6

* Vendors and sponsors arrive on Saturday 9th November to setup from 9-11am. All appliances need to be set up and ready by Ascot staff by Friday 8th November afternoon/ evening.

Set it up as per the previous EY Open Day.

Two tables with tablecloths are outside the EY building for registration.
One table with a tablecloth is near the inside stairs of the EY Building for food.
